A lifelong interest in ritual and celebration led me to become a Deputy Marriage Commissioner at San Francisco City Hall. Every week, under the gold-leafed rotunda, I perform wedding ceremonies and domestic unions. For the past twenty-one years, I have participated in hundreds of events that have marked important passages in people's lives, both as an officiant and photographer.
I hold a a Certificate of Ministry from the Universal Life Church and a Master's Degree from San Francisco State University. I work in a relaxed, yet professional manner, with the humor and flexibility of a seasoned parent. My listening and writing skills allow me to establish trust, build rapport and create a memorable ceremony.
